• Explain to clients how specific types of digital advertising will help to promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
• Provide clients with estimates of the costs of digital advertising products or services.
• Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organizations and contacting them.
• Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients.
• Inform clients of available options for advertising art, formats, or features and provide samples.
• Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to clients for approval.
• Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts.
• Recommend appropriate sizes and formats for digital advertising.
• Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organizations and contacting them.
• Perform cold calling to get the attention of possible clients.
• Build relationships with clients & understand the needs of each client.
• Perform extensive research on clients and competitors.
• Focus on growing existing accounts.

Job Requirements

• 2 – 4 years’ experience.
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
• Advertising experience is a plus.
• Bachelor degree.
• Very good communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Very good command of MS office ( word, excel and power point).

Job Description

• Contact potential or existing customers to promote Trend Marketing’s product or service using agreed scripts.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly assigned targets.
• Achieve weekly / monthly / quarterly number of new outbound calls.
(Cold calls).
• Answer questions, explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information using Trend’s database.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Handle complaints according to company’s polices.
• Go “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales.
• Maintaining and updating customer database.
• Making outbound calls to prospective customers business to business.
• Booking meetings and demonstrations for sales team when needed.
• Assisting sales consultants / executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of sales process.
• Generating leads from different sources.
• Create proposals and mandates.
• Assisting in marketing activities when needed and reporting client’s feedback regarding Trend’s services or any other aspects could be opportunity or threat to the company.

Social Media Specialist 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Track metrics on audience, content, views, and competitors.
  • Work with teams to identify social media content, topics, and information flow.
  • Develop outreach and partner programs with relevant individuals and communities.
  • Write, develop, and strategize for online content production and scheduling.
  • Assist with crisis and negative news communications.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Job Requirements

  • Have 2-3 years experience working in social media with proven talent and success at creating social content and social calendars that increase engagement.
  • Be fluent in the ways of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube  and other social media platforms and be able to write copy as sharp as the visuals created.
  • Understand how to use data to measure success and are familiar with analytics, Facebook insights, Twitter analytics, and Google Analytics.
  • Proven previous experience in creating and developing social media strategy.
  • Experience with responding to customer comments, postings, and create engagement waves on social platforms.
  • Having exceptional writing skills and ability to create and produce unique content Along with creating editorial content, calendars, and schedules.
  • Be able to create and do presentations to customers or teammates.
  • Experience with responding to customer comments, postings, or forums.
  • Be able to manage quick turnaround requests and longer term projects with panache.
  • Manage their own workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Good Knowledge in Google Ad words and SEO .
